Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support the quality of services offered by our client, Care Managers Ltd. As an IPS Quality Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Quality Assurance: Developing and monitoring systems to ensure IPS Fidelity compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating client feedback.
  • Data Management: Entering, managing, and presenting data using various software, producing reports for stakeholders, and presenting findings in meetings.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Marketing and Profiling: Promoting the service, managing a small caseload, and collecting employment recovery stories.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participating in training, staying updated on best practices, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.

Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to develop, monitor, and maintain accurate quality assurance and data management systems.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in data entry, integration, and presentation using software like Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce reports and present data effectively.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including overseeing documentation, preparing reports, and handling a small caseload.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing service needs and requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to personal and professional development, with a willingness to engage in training and learn about mental health conditions and vocational rehabilitation.
