Job Title: IPS Quality Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IPS Quality Officer to join our team at Care Managers Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality services we provide to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain systems to ensure IPS Fidelity compliance, and facilitate client feedback.
  • Data Management: Enter, manage, and present data using various software, and produce reports for stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Marketing and Profiling: Promote the service, manage a small caseload, and collect employment recovery stories.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training, stay updated on best practices, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
Required Skills:
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to develop, monitor, and maintain accurate quality assurance and data management systems.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in data entry, integration, and presentation using software like Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce reports and present data effectively.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including overseeing documentation, preparing reports, and handling a small caseload.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing service needs and requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to personal and professional development, with a willingness to engage in training and learn about mental health conditions and vocational rehabilitation.
