We are a leading education support agency providing innovative solutions for schools and young people. Our SEN Tutors play a vital role in enhancing educational outcomes for students with SEN and SEMH requirements.

As a SEN Tutor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering personalized tuition sessions to meet each student's needs.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop effective learning plans and track progress.

About this Position:

Varying Age Groups and Locations

Our current vacancies cover a range of age groups, from Primary to GCSE level, and are located in Birmingham and surrounding areas. This opportunity allows you to explore different locations, age groups, and working styles while making a positive impact on the lives of young people.

Benefits and Remuneration:

  • An hourly rate of £25-£30, paid weekly.
  • Free access to our online reporting platform for logging attendance, feedback, and assessments.
  • Utilization of our online classroom platform for delivering virtual tuition sessions.
  • Comprehensive training and resources, including safeguarding and CPD courses.
  • Statutory holiday pay.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of QTS, HLTA, or equivalent SEN/SEMH experience.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective learning plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues.

Salary Estimate:

Depending on your qualifications, experience, and the number of hours worked, your estimated annual salary for this role could be around £23,000 - £29,000.
