About the Role

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Maths and English specialists to provide 1:1 tuition to young people with SEN needs in Birmingham and surrounding areas.


This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for education and supporting children with SEN needs.


Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition to students with SEN needs
  2. Plan and prepare engaging lessons that cater to individual learning styles
  3. Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education or a related field
  • Proven experience working with children with SEN needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
