Regional HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of the EMEA Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in delivering the business strategy through the HR agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the multi-year plan, annual plan, and OpCo review processes as an active member of the EMEA Leadership Team and Global HR Leadership Team.
  2. Translate business needs into HR strategy and lead the People/HR Roadmap of recurrent & non-recurrent activities across the year for EMEA.
  3. Develop the HR function and capability with the region and Global Supply Chain, proactively investing in HR talent development.
  4. Work with stakeholders to formulate and implement a talent acquisition and development plan for the region that meets the medium- and long-term needs of the region and aligns with the broader division.
  5. Lead the continuous improvement of employee engagement across the region, including engagement survey rollouts, active improvement planning, and raising manager capability to improve engagement in their teams.
  6. Ensure the required HR policies/initiatives/practices and resulting business benefits are understood and adopted by OpCo's.
  7. Contribute to creating a culture of continually striving for better performance, where feedback, challenge, and innovation are welcomed and actioned.
  8. Deliver and embed core people initiatives into the business; both at the regional level as well as contributing and participating in initiatives and projects at Group HR level.
  9. Plan and execute operational and strategic HR activity - performance management, remuneration, talent management, recruitment, inclusion, engagement.
  10. Enable and contribute to successful delivery of key strategic initiatives/projects across the region.
  11. Provide advice to Senior management on HR policies and procedures, employment law, and support/counsel management in practical application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures particularly in OpCo with no local HR presence.
  12. Provide timely and accurate information in support of Quarterly Business Report, Forecasting, and Plan processes.
Requirements
  1. CIPD Qualified
  2. Strong track record as a HR Business Partner, preferably within a Global, matrixed Manufacturing organisation.
  3. Demonstrated experience of organisational design/development.
  4. Preferably experience of talent management and work within colleague engagement.
  5. Must show experience of building partnerships at senior levels, being prepared to challenge the status quo and have strong desire to move the business forward.
