About Our Client

Michael Page (UK) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on an interim basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the continued transformation and development of the business area, as well as delivering and supporting on people life cycle activities such as recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with local HRBPs and support managers with guidance on individual and team development, policies, and procedures to improve performance.
  2. Engaging and collaborating with the wider global HR community to learn, adopt, and share good practices with peers.
  3. Providing timely and accurate information in support of Business Reporting, Forecasting and Plan processes.

The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification or equivalent, previous experience within a Global Matrix Organisation, and strong Business Partnering skills.
