HR Performance Manager

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions seeks a seasoned HR Performance Manager to spearhead its human resources department in London. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging onboarding experiences that foster a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage end-to-end onboarding processes ensuring new hires have a seamless experience.
- Conduct and oversee employee inductions fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Design and implement HR policies supporting a fair, equitable, and compliant workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR matters resolving issues professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management ideally within a moving, logistics, or similar industry. A strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build positive employee relationships.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum based on experience.
