Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Radisson Hotel Group. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Flexibility and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
