We are seeking a highly skilled and welcoming Front Desk Associate to be the public face of our hotel, Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa. As a vital part of our guests' journey, you will be the first and last point of contact they have in our hotel.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting every guest with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Efficiently assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of hospitality
  • Upselling rooms and other hotel facilities
  • Informing guests of hotel amenities and offering advice and assistance when necessary
