Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk, greeting clients and associates, and handling conference facilities and room bookings.
  • Provide facilities support to the Operations and Support Services Manager.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Leeds office, including post management and distribution.

  • Maintain security and H&S standards when welcoming visitors and new starters.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
