Youth Support Assistant

As an Education and Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs at our esteemed Special Needs School in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with teaching staff to create personalized learning plans for students
- Assist students during lessons, promoting their engagement and understanding
- Provide emotional and social support to students with complex needs, including personal care
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment through effective behavior management
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations
- Right to Work in the UK (No Sponsorship Provided. Candidates on Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for this position)
