About the Role

">

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interim Manager for Higher Education to join our team in West London. As an Industrial Relations Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a fundamental review of the HR Statute 9 policies, dealing with unions, and reviewing and rewriting policies to support colleagues in their approach to ER / IR matters.

This role requires experience or understanding of the complexities of the higher education sector, as well as an individual who can work independently and is willing to be hands-on with their approach and duties.

">

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in policy development, implementation, and review.

">

You will also be responsible for being the escalation point for complex ER casework and reporting to the Director of HR, overseeing 2 senior HR team members.

">

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

">

In terms of compensation, this role comes with a competitive salary range of £90,000 to £100,000 per year, paid on a pro-rata basis for part-time hours.
