Pick for Britain is looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years Manager to join our team in the pre-school and toddler class. As a leader in your field, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children and their families.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of nursery practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care and education. You will oversee the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities, mentor and support team members, and represent the nursery professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A level 3 or above childcare qualification.
  • Experience leading or supervising a small team of nursery staff.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • A passion for children's education and care, and a commitment to inclusivity.
