Bright Horizons Englefield Green Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Bank Staff to join our team. As a Bank Staff Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting our nursery colleagues in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Support nursery colleagues in engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, promoting their development towards key milestones and ensuring their safety throughout the day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards and room preparation.
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
- Previous experience working with children is essential, such as Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nanny, Childminder, or similar.
- Childcare qualification, Level 2 minimum.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
