About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Englefield Green Day Nursery and Preschool. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging educational programs tailored to meet individual children's needs.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Ensure the highest standards of child welfare, protection, health, and safety, while upholding safeguarding protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification is required, with preference given to candidates holding higher qualifications.
  • Significant experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery setting, is essential.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues, parents, and children.
  • A deep understanding of current legislation and regulations governing childcare is mandatory.
