Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role
  • Promote young children's learning and development through engaging activities and strong partnerships with parents/carers.
  • Maintain a safe, happy, and positive environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, create, and implement stimulating activities tailored to individual children's needs, encouraging key milestones.
  2. Observe, track, and reflect on children's learning, identifying areas for development.
  3. Foster strong relationships with colleagues and parents through effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Prior experience working with children is essential, ideally in a nursery setting.
  • Demonstrate a passion for creating fun and engaging learning experiences.
