Room Leader and Team Manager

We are seeking a qualified Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of early years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education
- Ensure the learning environment is engaging and stimulating for children, with opportunities for growth and development
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child
What You'll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
Above Industry Standard Salary
£26,600 - £32,000 per annum
