About the Role

We are currently seeking a seasoned Financial Services expert to fill the role of Senior Manager Prudential Reporting at NatWest.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory or financial reporting, with a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and ability to identify key issues from summary and detailed data.

This individual will lead the Prudential Regulatory Reporting team, oversee the delivery of prudential reporting to regulators, ensure compliance with data validation checks, and contribute to regulatory change projects.

Key responsibilities will include managing stakeholder relationships, reviewing MI packs, and providing analytical support to management in regulatory matters.

Requirements include a Finance qualification, post-qualification experience in financial services, and proficiency in Excel, including data visualisation, power pivots, and basic VBA knowledge.

The expected salary range for this position is between £85,000 and £100,000 per annum, based on industry standards and required expertise.
