About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at Bupa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative and nutritious menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality food that exceeds our residents' expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute special events, seasonal activities, and themed dining experiences that bring joy to our residents.
  • Contribute to the development of the kitchen team through training, mentoring, and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
