Job Title: Sales and Retention Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Retention Manager to join our team at OKB KONE plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.

Requirements:
