Sales and Retention Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Retention Manager to join our team at OKB KONE plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, customer retention, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional and individual sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Lead the sales process, including CRM data quality, opportunity management, and won and lost reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales results and cross-business line opportunities.
- Manage sales funnel, ensuring results within orders, contracts, profitability, and market price development.
- Develop and implement sales plans, manage pricing and offering, and balance order received growth and profitability.
- Lead the sales team, coaching and motivating them to achieve better results through constant one-to-one dialogue and sharing of best practices.
- Manage performance of the team, ensuring adequate resources to achieve short- and long-term targets.
- Experience in people leadership and management.
- Lift & Doors industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Sales acumen: understands selling cycle, customer's purchasing strategies, selling, negotiating, reporting, and funnel management.
- Understands business planning and controlling.
- Demonstrates service mindset.
- Digital assertiveness: comfortable and excited about the opportunities digital solutions bring.
- Change management.
- Comfortable with numbers: leads performance by facts and numbers, relies on sales tools and analytics, and understands the financial benefit we bring to the customer and is able to capture a part of the value through smart pricing approach.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication in both written and spoken English.
- Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel experience.
