Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Retention Manager to lead our sales team in Keighley. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth, retention, and profitability.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Sales Planning and Management:
  • Develop and execute regional and individual sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market and customer analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage pricing and offering to drive market pricing and profitability.
Sales Funnel Management:
  • Lead the sales process, including CRM data quality, opportunity management, and won/lost reporting.
  • Set sales targets aligned with market potential and business objectives.
  • Drive sales results through coaching and motivating the sales team.
Leadership and People Management:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales skills and performance.
  • Manage team performance, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and sales planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
