Club Steward

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and train bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies, ordering additional items as necessary
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and control costs, including labour, inventory, and waste

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in with cellar / line cleaning duties
- Knowledge of bartending
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills

Onsite spacious 1 bed flat available for a good rate.
