Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and proactive sales operations at KONE. As a member of KONE's North and Midlands team, your primary responsibility will involve supporting sales activities, particularly in the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales staff with tender submissions by gathering subcontractor quotations and necessary third-party items.
  • Complete credit check requests.
  • Use Tendering tools and CRM systems to compile documentation.
  • Coordinate with sales team to maintain accurate customer data in CRM.
  • Work with design engineers to ensure correct solutions are achieved.
  • Generate Asset Management reports post surveys.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Aid in the development of customer relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.

Sales Funnel Management:

  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams to drive results through orders and contracts.
  • Take ownership of tender coordination and submissions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Engage with internal teams for effective collaboration.
  • Share best practices with team members to achieve better results.
  • Coordinate resources to meet short- and long-term targets.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
