Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
The Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and proactive sales operations at KONE. As a member of KONE's North and Midlands team, your primary responsibility will involve supporting sales activities, particularly in the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales staff with tender submissions by gathering subcontractor quotations and necessary third-party items.
- Complete credit check requests.
- Use Tendering tools and CRM systems to compile documentation.
- Coordinate with sales team to maintain accurate customer data in CRM.
- Work with design engineers to ensure correct solutions are achieved.
- Generate Asset Management reports post surveys.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Aid in the development of customer relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
Sales Funnel Management:
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to drive results through orders and contracts.
- Take ownership of tender coordination and submissions.
Team Collaboration:
- Engage with internal teams for effective collaboration.
- Share best practices with team members to achieve better results.
- Coordinate resources to meet short- and long-term targets.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
