Job Summary

The Sales Specialist role is a key position within KONE's North and Midlands team, responsible for ensuring proactiveness and efficiency in KONE MOD sales. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for sales support activities, particularly in the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support salespersons during tender submissions by obtaining quotations for subcontractors and third-party items required.
  • Complete requests for credit checks.
  • Utilize Tendering tools and CRM to collate documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure accurate customer data (CRM).
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure correct solutions are achieved.
  • Creation of Asset Management reports following surveys.

Customer Relationship Coordination

  • Support the development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.

Manage Sales Funnel

  • Collaborate with the sales and operational teams to drive results through orders and contracts.
  • Own the coordination and submission of tenders.

People

  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Engage with team members to achieve better results through the sharing of best practices.
  • Coordinate adequate resources to achieve short- and long-term targets (tender ownership).

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft and CRM literacy.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail.
