Job Summary

The Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving sales efficiency and proactiveness within KONE's North and Midlands team. This role will be responsible for sales support activities, particularly in the pre-sales phase of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support salespersons during tender submissions by obtaining quotations for subcontractors and third-party items.
  • Complete requests for credit checks and utilize tendering tools and CRM to collate documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure accurate customer data in CRM and work with design engineers to ensure correct solutions are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, focusing on profitability, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operational teams to drive results through orders and contracts.
  • Coordinate and submit tenders, ensuring adequate resources are allocated to achieve short- and long-term targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft and CRM literacy, as well as good administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, with effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
