About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Inverness area. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective running of a large-scale construction project. Your duties will include management of subcontractors, quality checks, safety walk rounds, and completing paperwork such as permits and safety logs.
About the Job
As a Construction Project Manager, you will co-ordinate on-site labour and organise daily tasks for the site team. You will work with the wider site team to achieve project deadlines and take any opportunities to deliver positive outcomes for the projects. You will be involved in site inductions, site briefings, and attend progress meetings with the client and external stakeholders.
Requirements
This role requires previous experience in Construction Project Management roles and strong technical knowledge in the construction sector. You will need to have a good understanding of construction management principles and practices. Ideally, you will hold an SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work certificate. You must be a good team player, have excellent communication and organisational skills.
