Site Manager

Your new role will be to contribute to the safe and effective running of a large scale construction project in the Inverness area as a Site Manager. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, quality checks, safety walk rounds, and completing paperwork such as permits and safety logs.
In this position, you will also co-ordinate on-site labour and organise daily tasks for the site team. You will work with the wider site team to achieve project deadlines and take any opportunities to deliver positive outcomes for the projects.
As a successful Site Manager, you will be involved in site inductions, site briefings, and attend progress meetings with the client and external stakeholders.
This role will require you to have previous experience in Site Management roles and strong technical knowledge in the construction sector. Whether you are qualified with a formal qualification like a degree in construction management, SVQ training and qualifications or of a trades background where you have progressed into a management role, you will be considered for this opportunity.
