About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team in Scotland. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will provide you with opportunities for growth and development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee a team of site staff, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and expectations, and develop effective solutions to meet their requirements. Your excellent communication and project management skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Oversee site staff and coordinate with suppliers and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Develop effective solutions to meet client requirements
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
  • HNC or higher in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering)
