About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Outreach Worker, providing support and assistance to vulnerable individuals in Bournemouth Town Centre on Friday and Saturday nights. As part of our proactive patrol scheme, you will be working alongside other volunteers to provide advice, support, and guidance to those who need it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support and guidance to vulnerable individuals in Bournemouth Town Centre
• Work closely with other volunteers to ensure effective patrols and response times
• Build relationships with local stakeholders and community groups to enhance the service
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion and empathy when dealing with vulnerable individuals
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
