About the Role:

As an Outreach Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing essential support to primary and secondary students with emotional, social, and educational needs. You will work closely with our team to deliver targeted interventions and programmes that promote positive outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students, offering guidance and encouragement to help them overcome challenges.
  • Develop and implement tailored plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of support.
