Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lead Life Science to join our team at Templarfox Consultancy Ltd. As a Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations with clients across the biotechnology sector.

You will proactively develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs. Your primary focus will be on new business development, generating and qualifying sales leads/enquiries while supporting and growing existing relationships.

You will work closely with the commercial team to provide market knowledge, influence, and work with the company's CRM (salesforce) to ensure client information is current. You will also work closely with colleagues in quality, development, and manufacturing functions to support new client programs delivered on time and budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in life sciences and at least three years of direct sales and business development experience within the life science sector. Direct experience of selling antibody services or biological molecule development services is essential. A strong commercial background with prior experience of generating costing proposals, implementing KPIs, and sales plans and working to sales-related targets is required. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
