Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Life Science Business Development Executive to join our team in the UK. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strategic relationships across the biotechnology sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive sales growth;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners;
  • Providing market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions;
  • Working closely with the commercial team to develop and implement sales plans;
  • Actively contributing to the commercial strategy and delivery inputting to CEO and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education in the life sciences, with at least three years of direct sales and business development experience within the life science sector. They must have operated in a customer-facing role, interacting with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and have a strong commercial background with prior experience of generating costing proposals, implementing KPIs, and sales plans.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading biotechnology company, with a salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
