Senior Client Partnership Manager

Sudler London is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our client partnerships and drive business growth.
About the Position:- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering effective marketing strategies.
- Shaping the long-term strategic direction of accounts, ensuring current activities provide future opportunities.
- Maintaining a strategic overview of accounts, proactively advising clients on new issues and external environment.
- Ensuring staff ownership and responsibility for projects from all members of staff on the team.
- Driving account profitability through effective budget management and financial planning.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of growing existing business within current client pools.
- Excellent people management skills, including conducting appraisal interviews and monitoring performance objectives.
