We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TPS. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow customer base
  • Work closely with Area Sales Manager and Centre Managers to create and deliver sales plans
  • Identify and secure new customer accounts and develop existing relationships
  • Present and report on sales and marketing activity and performance
  • Utilize market data to understand sales opportunities and develop business growth plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong business acumen and financial awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of IT literacy
