Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Secondary Class Teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and promote academic excellence.
  • Deliver 1:1 and group sessions to enhance student understanding and confidence.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Candidates must hold a minimum 2:1 English degree from a top 20 UK university.
  • Previous experience working with young people, preferably in tutoring or child-centred roles, is beneficial.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with diverse students and promoting academic success is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build effective relationships with students and staff.
