About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Therapeutic Residential Manager, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage a 4-bed children's home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting emotional well-being and resilience.
- Work closely with internal partners to achieve outstanding outcomes and drive quality improvement.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying areas for development and improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential child care, preferably in complex disabilities/health settings.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care (or willingness to complete within 3 years).
