RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work within a rotating schedule, including weekends and unsocial hours
- Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
The salary for this position is £28,176 - £31,101 per annum, plus additional benefits, including:
- Overtime at time and a quarter for hours beyond 37
- South Yorkshire Pension Authority contributions
- Competitive leave entitlement (up to 33 days, excluding public holidays)
Please note that the salary range is based on the National Living Wage and takes into account the location of the role in Doncaster.
