About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Care Leader to join our team as a Children's Home Manager. In this role, you will oversee therapeutic practices in a 4-bed children's home, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for vulnerable children. Your role will involve implementing therapeutic approaches to promote emotional and social well-being, driving excellence through quality assurance and budget management, and mentoring a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Child Care, ideally in complex disabilities/health settings, with at least 1 year supervising/managing care staff. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care is also essential. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as experience with therapeutic approaches in residential settings.
