Role Description

Main Responsibilities
  • Diligently assess pupils to determine the extent of their communication challenges, developing evidence-based interventions to address these needs.
  • Implement tailored therapy programs, tailoring your approach to each student's learning style and goals.
  • Closely monitor pupils' progress, refining your strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Forge strong relationships with teachers, SENDCOs, and other stakeholders, fostering a unified approach to supporting students.
  • Offer expert guidance and training to parents and carers, equipping them to implement effective communication strategies in their daily interactions with their child.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist who possesses:

  • An in-depth understanding of SEN principles and best practices.
  • Substantial experience working with children in educational settings, showcasing flexibility and a genuine commitment to pupils' wellbeing.

Remuneration and Benefits
