About the Role:
As a Children's Services Director, you will play a key role in developing and implementing high-quality care and therapeutic services for vulnerable children. Your focus will be on creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters emotional, social, and psychological growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement service strategies to ensure high-quality care and therapeutic services for children.
  2. Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.
  3. Work closely with internal and external partners to achieve the best outcomes for children in care.
  4. Drive continuous improvement through quality assurance processes, budget management, and team development.
  5. Champion equality, diversity, and a child-centered approach in all practices.
  6. Mentor and support staff, fostering professional development and a culture of continuous learning.
  7. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, health and safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in residential child care, preferably in complex disabilities or health care settings. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care is required, with a strong background in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
