**Job Title:** Senior Children's Services Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Children's Services Manager to lead our brand-new children's residential service in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, including recruiting and managing a team of staff, setting up systems, and ensuring a smooth transition for children when the service opens.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's residential service
  • Recruit and manage a team of staff
  • Set up systems and processes to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the service and achieve a 'Good' Ofsted rating

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions
