About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our children’s services team in delivering high-quality care and therapeutic services to vulnerable children.
As a registered manager of a 4-bed children’s home, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that meets the needs of our young residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to children.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of quality in our care provision.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Staff Development: Support the development and training of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Families and Partnerships: Engage with families and external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- Experience: Proven experience in children’s services management, preferably in a similar role.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in social care, such as NVQ Level 5, or equivalent.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire the team.
- Child Protection: Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures is essential.
