About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Speaking Executive Assistant to join our thriving Group Managed Services organisation within Computacenter. As a key member of our Service Delivery Leadership team, you will provide administrative support to our Director and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Director, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage and vet emails, creating suitable responses on behalf of the Director where appropriate.
  • Assist with presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Represent the Director, ensuring they are kept up to date with all relevant information.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Organize and assist with events, including monthly live events and ad-hoc events.
  • Assist with wider communications, including administration of direct reports' personnel issues.
  • Monitor expenditure approvals and complete and submit the Director's expenses and mileage logs on a timely basis.
  • Manage national and international travel arrangements.
  • Manage several approval systems, ensuring all information is gathered before processing.

Requirements

  • Solid administrative and/or PA experience.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Experience of relevant business systems, such as SAP.
  • Good knowledge of MS Applications.
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information.
  • Personable and able to liaise at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Proven planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain confidentiality.
