Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of lesson plans and educational materials, ensuring they meet the needs of students.
  • Support students individually or in small groups, reinforcing learning concepts and promoting academic growth.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and logistics, maintaining a safe and productive learning space.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field, with a focus on instructional design and student support.
  • Previous experience as a Proactive Learning Facilitator or in an educational setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary structure, estimated at £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
