Key Responsibilities
- To work collaboratively with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- To provide individualized support to students, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
Requirements
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.
