We are seeking an experienced Educational Aide to join our team at beBee Professionals in Kidderminster. As a key member of our inclusive learning program, you will play a vital role in supporting SEN students to reach their full potential.

Job Summary:

This role involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment. You will assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, implement individualized education plans, and ensure students with special needs achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher.
  • Implement individualized education plans and monitor progress.
  • Support students with special needs to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or relevant certification.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs.
  • Strong understanding of challenges faced by SEN students.
