Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team in Kidderminster, United Kingdom. As a Teacher Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and ensuring students receive the best possible education.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a difference in students' lives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and providing feedback to teaching staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain focused on their work, adapting to different classroom environments.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress, supporting students with their learning when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative duties as required, working closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth school operation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential; strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.
  • Able to adapt to different classroom environments, demonstrating patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
  • Flexible to work on short notice when required, holding a valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
