Student Support and Attendance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Engage with students, parents, and guardians to understand the root causes of absenteeism and develop targeted solutions
- Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and external partners to create a comprehensive attendance improvement plan
- Analyze attendance data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and educational institutions
- Produce regular attendance reports and present findings to relevant parties
- Design and implement initiatives to boost student motivation and engagement
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in attendance improvement or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding policies and legislation
- Valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes
- Business insurance for the use of a personal vehicle
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
