Key Responsibilities:

  • Make home visits to improve student attendance
  • Implement strategies to improve overall attendance rates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Attendance Officer or a similar role
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and legislation
  • Valid driving license and access to a car
  • Business insurance for car

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
